Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Tiles & Sanitaryware Sales Company: Ritz & Muse Department: Sales Location: Mumbai – Thane, Kalyan & Dombivli Territory Experience: 4–5 years Salary: 5 – 7 LPA Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Ritz & Muse is looking for a proactive and result-oriented sales professional to develop business opportunities in the Thane, Kalyan and Dombivli markets, focusing on builders, developers and industry consultants for tiles and sanitaryware products. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, consultants and other key stakeholders. • Drive B2B and project sales for tiles and sanitaryware products. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across the assigned territory. • Leverage existing consultant relationships to generate qualified leads and convert them into business. • Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations. • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and drive order closures. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. • Track sales performance, maintain client records and provide regular sales reports. Key Requirements • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. • 4–5 years of relevant experience in tiles, sanitaryware or building materials sales. • Experience working with builders and developers is highly preferred. • Strong local market knowledge of Thane, Kalyan and Dombivli. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills. • Strong commercial understanding, follow-up discipline and proficiency in Excel/MIS. • Ability to work independently, generate new business and achieve sales targets. Ideal Candidate A commercially driven sales professional with established relationships in the builder and consultant network, strong knowledge of tiles or sanitaryware, and the ability to convert local market opportunities into sustainable business growth.
