Sales Manager

• Lead generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and attending events like trade shows.

• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

• Sales and negotiation: Present and demonstrate products/services, conduct needs analysis, and negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

• Sales process management: Prepare quotes and proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and use CRM software to track activity and maintain records.

• Performance and reporting: Work towards monthly and annual sales targets and quotas, analyze sales performance, and create regular reports for management.
