Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Activation: Recruit new insurance agents and ensure their licensing and activation.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets monthly/quarterly.
Agent Management & Training: Coach, mentor, and train agents on product features (USP), processes, and compliance.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure IRDA compliance regarding agent conduct, licensing, and commission payments.
Business Development: Generate leads, conduct activations, and identify new business opportunities.
