Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for managing:

● Field Sales Executives

● Telecalling Executives

● Lead generation activities

● Daily sales operations

● Follow-ups

● Customer conversion

● Customer onboarding coordination

● Initial customer support coordination

● Sales performance

● Revenue targets

● Territory planning

● Team productivity

This is a hands-on sales leadership role.

We are not looking for a manager who only reviews reports from the office. The candidate must

be capable of going into the market, accompanying field executives, handling difficult

customers, closing important deals and training the team practically.

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 5 years of strong sales experience preferred, including significant experience in:

● Field sales

● Team handling

● B2B sales

● Direct sales

● Telecalling team management

● Target management

● Sales closing

● Customer acquisition

Candidates with 5–10+ years of relevant sales experience will be strongly preferred.

At least 2–3 years of team-handling or sales leadership experience is highly desirable.

Mumbai Geographic Knowledge –

Mandatory

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of Mumbai and surrounding business

areas.

The Sales Manager should be familiar with major commercial and residential markets across:

● South Mumbai

● Central Mumbai

● Western Suburbs

● Eastern Suburbs

● Navi Mumbai

● Thane

The candidate should understand:

● Business clusters

● Commercial areas

● Local markets

● Shop-to-shop sales territories

● Travel connectivity

● Local train routes

● Metro connectivity

● Major roads

● High-potential business locations

● Territory allocation based on geography
