The Sales Manager will lead telesales and field sales operations with the goal of improving lead-to-closure conversion, driving monthly revenue targets, building B2B partnerships, and managing on-ground marketing activities. The role requires a performance-driven individual who can build and lead a strong sales team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve conversion ratio (Total Calls vs Total Closures) through structured sales planning & follow-ups.
• Create strategic monthly and weekly sales plans to ensure target achievement.
• Lead and train the Telesales Team to handle leads professionally using CRM tracking and follow-up discipline.
• Conduct Field Sales & Client Meetings to close deals and build business relationships.
• Develop B2B partnerships with Builders, Interior Designers, RWAs, Facility Management Companies, and Corporates.
• Plan and manage Outdoor Sales & Marketing Activities such as banners, standees, pamphlet distribution, market activations, and society campaigns.
• Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives, Promoters, and Field Marketers.
• Track performance metrics and present weekly and monthly reports to management.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Real Estate Sales, Telecom Sales, or other similar target-driven sectors.
• Should have a proven track record of working with monthly targets and achieving closures.
• Strong communication, convincing power, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performance teams.
• Comfortable doing outdoor field activities and engaging with customers directly.
Requirements:
• 2–6 years of sales experience in target-driven industries.
• Ability to travel within city/local market for field activities.
• Must be self-motivated and performance-oriented.
