We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our real estate projects. The role involves handling clients, closing deals, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
This position is ideal for someone who understands high-value sales, client psychology, and closing under pressure.
Handle end-to-end sales for residential or commercial real estate projects
Generate, manage, and close leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
Conduct client meetings, office discussions, and site visits
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and brokers
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close deals efficiently
Maintain daily follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals
Client-handling and relationship management skills
Target-driven mindset
Good understanding of the sales process
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred)
Self-motivated and disciplined professional
