Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Electrical Cable Sales

Executive/Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of electrical

cables and related products to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for electrical cable

products.

• Identify and engage with prospective clients such as contractors, builders, distributors,

and industrial clients.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of

satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor

activities.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and guidance.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales of electrical products, preferably cables.

• Strong knowledge of electrical cables, standards, and applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B industrial sales or working with EPC contractors.

• Familiarity with national/international electrical cable standards (e.g., IS, IEC, BS).

• Multilingual ability (depending on the market).
