Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC products and solutions, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chilled water, ducted systems, and ventilation).

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, architects, and end clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams for technical support during pre-sales

and post-sales stages.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
