Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisition, and property listings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of complex real estate deals.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage large sales teams.
Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and real estate sales platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in luxury or commercial real estate sales.
Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
