About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Deputy Manager – SME MICRO BLSE to drive business growth through customer acquisition and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating quality leads, managing the sales cycle, and building strong customer and channel relationships.

The ideal candidate should have experience in SME lending, business loans, secured loans, LAP, mortgage finance, or related financial products, along with a strong understanding of field sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive customer acquisition for SME and business lending products.

* Generate quality leads through direct sourcing, field visits, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.

* Identify prospective SME and business customers and understand their financial requirements.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

* Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

* Develop and maintain a strong local market network.

* Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.

* Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC, credit, and compliance requirements.

* Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.

* Track sales performance and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Finance, or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in field sales within banking, NBFC, financial services, or lending.

* Experience in SME Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Secured Loans, or similar financial products will be preferred.

* Candidates should have a stable employment history and demonstrated experience in customer acquisition and target achievement.
