Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the packaging industry. The role involves driving sales growth, developing new clients, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth as per company objectives.

• Develop and manage new business opportunities in B2B and industrial markets.

• Handle key customers and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

• Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for order execution and timely deliveries.

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and weekly/monthly sales updates.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

• Support payment follow-ups and ensure collection timelines are met.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the packaging industry (corrugated boxes, EPE foam, paper honeycomb, flexible packaging, etc.).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

• Must own a bike and be willing to travel locally for client visits.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
