We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
●Generate and manage leads.
●Conduct field visits to meet clients, architects, and contractors.
●Present and promote company products and services effectively.
●Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
●Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
●Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Key Qualifications:
●3–5 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or interior-related sectors.
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●Proficiency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
●Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
●Must be willing to spend significant time on fieldwork.
