Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Manager to drive the sales of solar panels across various states. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar industry sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for solar panel products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and clients.

• Identify and tap into new markets and regions for solar panel sales.

• Provide technical information and guidance to clients about solar panel systems.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and installation support.

• Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering/Science preferred).

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the solar industry is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of solar panel products and market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

• Ability to work independently and manage regional sales goals.
