The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. A strong background in interior design is essential to understand client requirements, propose creative solutions, and collaborate effectively with the design team.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.

• Conduct client meetings to understand design needs, budget, and timelines.

• Present design concepts, product options, and project proposals confidently.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare quotations, BOQs, and presentations.

• Follow up on leads, submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

🧩 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales within the interior design, modular furniture, or construction industry.

• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, finishes, and project workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
