As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with an Interior Design background to lead our sales initiatives and enhance client experience.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. A strong background in interior design is essential to understand client requirements, propose creative solutions, and collaborate effectively with the design team.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct client meetings to understand design needs, budget, and timelines.
Present design concepts, product options, and project proposals confidently.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare quotations, BOQs, and presentations.
Follow up on leads, submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales within the interior design, modular furniture, or construction industry.
Strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, finishes, and project workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
Strong network within real estate, architects, and corporate clients.
Leadership abilities to build and grow a sales team.
