We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team of a leading Events & Wedding Planner Company in Golpark, Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, social, and promotional events.
Meet clients, understand requirements, and create tailored event proposals & presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and agencies.
Collaborate with the operations & creative teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Negotiate budgets, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely follow-ups, lead conversion, and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Graduate Males with Minimum 4 years of experience in event sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Salary : Upto 25K + incentives
