Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive property sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, generating leads, handling clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Generate new leads through various sales and marketing channels.

• Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.

• Present and explain property projects, plots, villas, and investment opportunities to clients.

• Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue and conversions.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Track daily sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.

• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and other departments.
