Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Rubber & Chemicals
Location: Chennai
Industry: Rubber & Chemicals (Raw Materials / Industrial Trading)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business and manage relationships with customers in the rubber and chemicals industry.
Promote and sell raw materials/chemical products to manufacturers and distributors.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Follow up with customers for timely payments and collection of outstanding dues.
Identify new markets, track competitor activity, and provide market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline tracking.
Requirements:
Degree is not a requirement
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in Rubber, Chemicals, or related industries).
Strong knowledge of industrial sales, B2B client handling, and payment collections.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Chennai and surrounding areas
Languages: Tamil (mandatory), English (Added Advantage), Hindi (Added advantage).
