We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves handling key accounts, mentoring junior sales staff, and contributing to strategic planning.
Identify new business opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, operations) for lead generation and solution delivery
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Mentor and support junior sales team members
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company offerings
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., IT, B2B, real estate]
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
