Sales Manager – Nutraceutical/FMCG

Location: Delhi- Wazirpur Industrial Area

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing markets, managing channels, and achieving revenue targets for the company’s Nutraceutical products/FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth

• Appoint, manage, and support distributors, stockists, and channel partners

• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing

• Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance

• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• 3–10 years of experience in Nutraceutical/FMCG sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong knowledge of channel sales and market development

• Exposure to domestic markets; export experience is an advantage

• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel extensively
