Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate leads and support customer acquisition activities.
 Promote Muthoot Finance products and services.
 Assist in achieving branch-level business and disbursement targets.
 Build and maintain relationships with customers.

 Participate in field sales and market outreach activities.
 Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities.

 Attend training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.

 Work closely with Sales Managers and Regional Teams for performance improvement.
