Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across assigned markets in and around Aligarh.

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through meetings, calls, and field visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable future energy products or solutions.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and market feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, customer onboarding, and after-sales support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.

• Must have B. tech or MBA degree.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

• Good understanding of the local market and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

• Interest in the energy, sustainability, or clean-technology sector will be valuable.

• The role is based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, and offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
