Key Responsibilities

{Note This Is Rotational Shift (Morning, Mid, Night(}

• Greet customers warmly and introduce 4700BC products & flavours.

• Achieve daily/weekly counter sales targets and maintain accuracy in billing.

• Manage stock display, FIFO rotation, and refill of snack items.

• Conduct sampling or tasting sessions to promote new products.

• Handle POS systems, cash, UPI, and card transactions.

• Maintain hygiene & brand presentation standards at the counter.

• Record daily sales data and report to the outlet supervisor.

• Assist in promotions, gifting, or special festival campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• 0–3 years’ experience in retail / F&B / cinema counter / FMCG sales.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Passionate about food, customer service, and premium brands.

• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday work schedules.
