  Key Requirements

• Age: 18 to 35 years

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)

• Must Have: Smartphone, Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License, CIBIL Score of 550 or above

• Other Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

  • Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and digital payments

  • Familiarity with the local geography

  • Honest, trustworthy, and self-motivated

  • Sales-oriented and target-driven

  • Interest in financial and digital products

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute field visits to generate leads and conduct client meetings

  • Sell and deploy Paytm digital payment solutions, including (QR Code , Soundbox, EDC/Card Swipe Machines, Point-of-Sale (POS) Software, Insurance and other Financial Products etc.)

  • Onboard new merchants and explain the benefits of digital payments

  • Handle merchant queries and provide support to ensure smooth service

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  • Collect feedback and share local market insights with the team

  • Revisit existing merchants for issue resolution and retention

• Experience:

  Preferred: 1-3 years of field sales experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply
