Job Title: Sales Executive – Lab Wellness Center
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for diagnostic and wellness services.

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate offices, and healthcare partners to promote Lab Wellness Center services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market surveys and identify growth opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Organize health camps, wellness programs, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client support.

• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales performance updates.

• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Science, Marketing, Business Administration preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pathology lab, pharma, or medical sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Dehradun and nearby areas.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in diagnostic laboratory or healthcare service sales.

• Existing network with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
