Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas to generate sales
Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations
Identify new leads through fieldwork, cold visits, and local networking
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collect customer feedback and report market trends
Negotiate pricing and close deals on-site
Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support
Maintain records of visits, sales, and payments
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Proven experience in field sales or direct sales is an advantage
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic smartphone/CRM handling skills
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (often required)
