Job Overview
House Banao is seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in TMT bars, steel products, and construction materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities with contractors, builders, dealers, distributors, and construction companies.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for TMT bars, steel products, and related construction materials.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-3 years of experience in steel, TMT bars, construction materials, or building products sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the steel and construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
