Job Title: Sales Executive – TMT Bars & Structural Steel Sales

About the Role
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Sales Executives with a proven background in TMT Bars, Structural Steel, MS Products, or Construction Material Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business from contractors, builders, developers, fabricators, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for TMT Bars and Structural Steel products.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and industrial customers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable steel solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Steel Sales is mandatory.
Experience in selling TMT Bars, Structural Steel, MS Pipes, Steel Sections, or Building Materials.
Strong network within the construction and infrastructure industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
