We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our UPVC Doors & Windows team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building customer relationships, and managing technical sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Measurements: Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements (Width & Height) for door and window installations.
Product Knowledge: Explain the technical benefits of UPVC products (e.g., soundproofing, dustproofing, and durability) to customers.
Lead Management: Identify potential prospects and follow up on leads through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Sales Closing: Develop creative sales strategies to meet targets and successfully close deals.
Reporting: Maintain a client database and provide regular performance feedback and metrics to management.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10th Standard (SSC).
Experience: 0 - 1 year (Freshers are welcome; experience in UPVC or building materials is a plus).
Technical Skills: Ability to use a measuring tape accurately. Basic proficiency in computer use and technology.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Travel: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for site visits.
Salary & Benefits:
In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
