Job Title: Sales Executive – Affordable Housing Finance
Location- Mumbai (Interview location borivali)
CTC: Up to 3 LPA (Salary depends on interview performance)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for Affordable Housing Loans. The candidate must have strong field sales experience and a good understanding of housing finance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through field sales activities and local market visits
Source new customers for Affordable Housing/Home Loans
Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and DSAs
Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products
Handle end-to-end loan processing (login to disbursement follow-up)
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance
Coordinate with credit and operations team for approvals
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months – 3 years experience in Affordable Housing / Home Loan sales
Mandatory field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Must be target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Affordable Housing Finance segment
Strong local market network
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Willingness to travel extensively for field work
