Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the products/services offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients.

• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product) to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and fresher years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Candidates should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
