Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) customers
Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and market mapping
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Cross-sell banking products like insurance, loans, credit cards, SIPs, etc.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance
Promote digital banking activation and usage
Identify new business opportunities in local markets
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
6 months – 4 years experience in BFSI / CASA / field sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Local market knowledge preferred
