Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join for Ready Mix Concreate Company. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly sales growth by achieving assigned business targets in terms of revenue and order volume.

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities through active lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships.

• Visit project sites to assess client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

• Collaborate with production, dispatch, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Prepare quotations, discuss commercial terms, and finalize business deals with clients.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure smooth collection processes.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline data, and daily/weekly activity reports.

Required Qualifications:

●       Graduate/ post graduate (BBA / MBA / Civil preferred)

●       2–5 years of experience in RMC / cement / construction material sales

●       Good knowledge of local market

Skills Required:

●       Strong communication & negotiation skills

●       Target-oriented mindset

●       Field sales experience

●       Basic knowledge of concrete grades
