Job Description

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for direct selling of VELMIRA goods across residential areas in Pune. You'll build relationships with customers and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sell VELMIRA goods to end consumers
Cover neighborhoods and apartment complexes
Build customer relationships for repeat purchases
Collect daily inventory and maintain product quality
Daily sales reporting and feedback

Requirements

Age: 20-35 years
Education: 10th pass minimum
Language: Fluent in Marathi/Hindi
Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, comfort with direct selling
Reliability: Consistent attendance, independent work capability
Transport: Own 2 wheeler (no fuel reimbursement)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: ₹18,000/month
Commission: 5% to 7% on monthly sales revenue
Payment: Monthly salary + commission credited on 5th of each month
