Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executives to expand our market presence and drive business growth across assigned territories. If you have strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Field Sales: Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, dealers, and business partners.

• Product Pitching: Present company products and services effectively to prospective clients.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer records regularly.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Marketing: Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Graduation required (Graduate in any discipline).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

  Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Automobile, Vehicle Maintenance, Insurance, or Service industries.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and target-driven approach.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Note:- For highly experienced candidates, the salary package is negotiable and will be determined based on their experience, skills, and overall interview performance.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
