About the Role

Makes360 is seeking a confident, articulate, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
In this hybrid role, you will manage inbound/outbound communication, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and visit client offices for in-person discussions—all within nearby Mohali areas.

You will directly contribute to business growth by driving high-quality leads for our IT services, Web Development, ERP/CRM, Digital Marketing, and Automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Qualification

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists.

  • Manage online lead channels like Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, Sales Navigator, etc.

  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

  • Present Makes360’s services in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.

Client Visits & Field Sales

  • Visit clients’ offices within Mohali and nearby areas for in-person meetings.

  • Represent the company professionally and build strong client relationships.

  • Fuel reimbursement will be provided for bike/car travel.

Sales Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior Sales Executives.

  • Follow up on calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.

  • Maintain updated records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM.

Performance & Collaboration

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call-to-lead conversion targets.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize scripts, strategies, and outreach plans.

  • Share feedback and market insights to improve lead quality and sales success.


Skills & Qualifications

  • ✔ Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.

  • ✔ Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation (preferred).

  • ✔ Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or in-house systems.

  • ✔ Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of handling objections positively.

  • ✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • ✔ Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage.

  • ✔ Must be male (due to field visit responsibilities).
