Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Ch. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

The position focuses on building a strong customer base, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase product visibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new retail, corporate, and hospitality clients to expand product distribution.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through field visits and effective lead conversions.

• Execute local marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, WhatsApp outreach, and on-ground promotions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and wholesalers.

• Address customer queries, collect market feedback, and maintain sales tracking reports.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with the Aurangabad market

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Proficiency in Marathi; basic Hindi/English

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC/12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• 0-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverages.
