• Fixed CTC: ₹1,44,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field work: meet and pitch to potential clients in person

• Target to meet 40–45 clients daily

• Close at least 1 confirmed property deal per month

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options

• Coordinate with property developers and site managers

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Willingness to travel and work daily in the field

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus
