Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join KUTSU, a growing footwear brand, at our Crown Mall, Lucknow store.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting footwear according to their needs and preferences.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing support and customer queries when required.
Manage inventory, stock arrangement, and replenishment (Stock Boy).
Provide a pleasant shopping experience to every customer.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in footwear or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
