About the Role

Urban Network is looking for a motivated, honest, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand its mobile phone distribution business across Khordha and nearby peripheral markets. The role involves retailer visits, sales generation, market expansion, relationship management, and business development for Nokia mobile phones.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit mobile retailers and dealers across Khordha and surrounding markets to generate sales and expand distribution.

• Promote Nokia mobile phones, explain product features, and communicate schemes and offers to retailers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn additional performance-based incentives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers while onboarding new retail outlets.

• Follow up on orders, stock requirements, pending payments, and retailer concerns.

• Monitor market demand, competitor activity, and opportunities to increase sales.

• Maintain regular market visit reports and provide updates on sales performance.

• Take ownership of the assigned territory and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

• Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• A strong sales mindset with the ability to work towards targets.

• Honest, loyal, disciplined, and responsible, with a professional attitude.

• Leadership qualities, initiative, and the ability to manage an assigned market independently.

• Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, telecom, or mobile phone distribution will be an advantage. Freshers with the right attitude and sales ability may also apply.

• Willingness to travel regularly across Khordha and nearby peripheral markets.
