Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to generate new business and bring orders for scaffolding products/services in Pune and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for scaffolding products/services. • Regularly visit construction sites, builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies and project sites.

• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, site engineers, project managers and procurement teams.

• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Pune and surrounding areas.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable scaffolding solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close deals.

• Follow up with existing and prospective clients for repeat and new orders.

• Maintain proper records of leads, site visits, quotations and order status.

• Coordinate with the operations/technical team for timely execution of customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales and order-generation targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

• Ensure timely collection/follow-up of outstanding payments, wherever required. Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

• Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.

• Experience in Scaffolding, Construction Equipment, Building Material, Formwork or Infrastructure industry will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of the Pune construction market will be an advantage.

• Must be comfortable with regular field visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
