· Looking after a set of 150-250 merchants depending on Metro, Mini-Metro or BFLP town
· Outlet Coverage on a daily basis as per pre-decided beat plan , 25-40 merchants per day
· Daily Order booking from set of merchants assigned for the day
· Deliver value targets through width ( lines sold) and depth ( weighted distribution)
· Execute Trade Marketing programs at Merchant level
· Activated Distribution – Shelf Displays, Product Placement at eye-level, POSM material placement etc.
· Daily Reporting – Attendance, Value Sales Achieved for the day, lines sold
· Collections – Applicable where credit is given, influence Merchants to pay as per time-lines
· Ensure Merchant satisfaction in terms of service given and resolution of issues
· Keeping track of competition activity and duly informing TSI/ Senior CSO
