Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Telecallers / Sales Executives who can connect with potential customers, understand their business requirements and introduce them to the company's ERP, Payroll and CRM solutions.

The role involves both telecalling and field visits. Candidates will contact potential customers over the phone, explain the company's solutions, arrange meetings and visit businesses to discuss their requirements and generate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads provided by the company and introduce its products and services.

• Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.

• Explain ERP, Payroll and CRM solutions to prospective customers.

• Conduct field visits to meet business owners and potential clients.

• Present the company's solutions and discuss how they can help businesses.

• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and other communication channels.

• Maintain proper records of calls, customer visits, follow-ups and interactions.

• Coordinate with the team for further discussions and sales closures.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

• Convert interested leads into customers.

• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Telecalling.

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Willingness to conduct field visits and meet business customers.

• Basic understanding of sales, lead follow-ups and customer handling.

• Ability to explain products and services clearly.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn through sales incentives.

• Comfortable working independently from home and travelling for customer visits.

• Candidates who can communicate in any Indian language are welcome.

• Candidates must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection for work-from-home days.

Important Information

This is a hybrid sales role combining work-from-home activities with field visits. Candidates should be comfortable with both telecalling and meeting business customers in person.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
