Job Description

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating new leads, converting prospects, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and retention.

1. Lead Conversion Rate

Target: 20–30% conversion of qualified leads.
Measurement: CRM reports.

2. Monthly/Quarterly Sales Achievement

Target: 90–100% of assigned revenue target.
Measurement: Sales dashboard.

3. Client Retention Rate

Target: 95% retention of assigned clients.
Measurement: Renewal data, churn reports.

4. Client Satisfaction Score

Target: Minimum 4.5/5 satisfaction rating.
Measurement: Client feedback surveys.

5. Response Time to Client Queries

Target: Respond to client queries within 2–4 hours.
Measurement: Email/call response tracking.

6. CRM Data Accuracy

Target: 100% updated and accurate client data in CRM.
Measurement: Weekly audit of CRM logs.
