Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our motor oil and lubricant sales team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory (retailers, distributors,                workshops, fleet owners).

•             Promote and sell motor oil and lubricant products.

•             Assist in generating leads and conducting product demonstrations.

•             Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•             Maintain records of sales calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

•             Collect market insights and competitor information from the field.

•             Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Skills & Requirements:

•             0–1 year of sales experience (fresher’s welcome).

•             Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Basic understanding of field sales and customer engagement.

•             Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.

•             Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
