Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our sales team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales with a premium lifestyle and architectural solutions brand. You will receive structured training, work closely with experienced sales professionals, and have a clear growth path toward a Team Lead role.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and digital channels.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Present and pitch The Earth Kraft product range to retailers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and direct buyers.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, including sharing product catalogues.
Coordinate order processing and customer updates.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the team leader.
Eligibility & Requirements
MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
Own two-wheeler preferred for local client visits.
