We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, your main goal will be to find new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and help our company grow.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing the deal. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working with people.
Skills Required :
1. Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
2. Minimum 5–10 years of sales & marketing experience
3. Experience in Bag / Luggage / Export / FMCG industry preferred
4. Strong communication & negotiation skills
5. Dealer & distributor management expertise
6. Target-oriented and result-driven approach
7. Fluent in Hindi & English
8. Proficient in MS Excel, CRM & email communication
9. Willingness to travel extensively
key Responsibility :
1. Drive Pan-India sales growth and business expansion
2. Develop and manage Dealers, Distributors & Corporate Clients
3. Handle and grow existing key accounts
4. Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
5. Study market trends, competitor pricing & customer demand
6. Conduct client meetings, negotiations & closures
7. Coordinate with production & logistics teams for timely delivery
8. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS & performance reports
9. Monitor outstanding payments and credit control
10. Guide and mentor junior sales executives
11. Represent company at trade fairs, exhibitions & business events
