Job Overview 
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead agency sales in Kolkata. This role focuses on building a productive advisor team and driving sales through strategic market planning.

Key Responsibilities 
Recruit and train life insurance advisors
Guide advisors through joint fieldwork and target planning
Drive business performance across assigned territory
Monitor activation, policy conversion, and advisor productivity

Eligibility Criteria 
Graduation (any stream – mandatory)
2+ years of field sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Good command over Bengali, Hindi, or English
Local market familiarity is preferred
