Job Role: Unit Manager – Agency Channel
We are looking for young, high energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving
aspirational targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance advisors.
• Guide and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct field visits and mentor advisors in customer meetings.
• Monitor advisor performance, provide feedback, and motivate the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports and sales tracking.
• Identify new business opportunities and help expand the team and market presence.
Requirements:
• Any Graduate (preferred)
• Age criteria 21 to 30
• 1–3 years of sales experience (insurance/banking/field sales preferred)
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Must be target-driven and comfortable with fieldwork
• Local market knowledge preferred
