Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customer leads through various channels (field sales, referrals, cold calling, digital, etc.).Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for life insurance products. Conduct detailed need analysis to recommend suitable insurance plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth. Deliver effective presentations and product demos to clients. Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools. Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on product offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (A degree in Sales/Marketing/Business is an advantage.)Min. 2+ Years exp. in Field Sales & MarketingCTC: Up To 3.20 LPA Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in local language and basic computer knowledge.
