Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales of retail banking products while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by promoting DBS Bank's retail banking products and services.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sales channels.

• Sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance (as applicable).

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
